How Everything Can Collapse:
A Manual for our Times

Is human civilization on the edge of collapse? Could this probably happen during our lifespan? Has utopia changed sides? How Everything Can Collapse, a terrifying and –at the same time– hopeful book by Pablo Servigne & Raphaël Stevens, searches for answers asking the right questions.

Collapse: the process during which basic needs (water, food, shelter, clothing, energy, etc.) cease to be met for the majority of the population.

Collapsology: the interdisciplinary study of the collapse of industrial civilization and what may follow it.

For the book’s first edition in greek, a collapsology symbol was created by combining a down-facing arrow and the letter K (from Καταρρευσιολογία). The title’s typography features collapsing letters for each emphasized character.
